He litigates and advises on the full range of copyright, trademark and trade name law, design, and media law. He advises and litigates for publishers, TV and film producers, broadcasters, designers, advertisers and trademark holders. Arnout has litigated in numerous complex and groundbreaking cases before the Supreme Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
